Finished product looks fantastic after application, like new mortar. Works great even on stubborn stains. The trick is in the right application. I've tried two methods, both with a small brush. The first method (as suggested by the manufacturer) was to apply the grout to the grout with a small brush, leaving marks around the edges of the tile, leave to set for about an hour, then spray with water mist and wash off the tiles after 5 minutes. Most of the time this worked well, but sometimes removing the stains from the tile also removed some of the stains from the grout. So to fix it I had to gently apply a small amount back onto the grout with a small brush. The second method was to apply and clean the tile immediately, leaving only the stain on the grout. It took longer and was a bit messy, but I didn't have to spend time cleaning the tiles and making corrections if necessary. I find that both methods took about the same amount of time to complete the job.
