Light Weight and Sharp!

Fantastic bread knife! I use this to cut my very crispy, very crunchy Crispy Yogurt Whey Bread. Not only is it sharp, but it has the nifty blade protector sleeve that keeps it protected and it's a lot lighter than like steel knives.

Pros
