This numeric keypad works great without much fuss. I accidentally somehow turned on the Ease of Access feature called Mouse Buttons. So when I got the new number pad numbers, they didn't work because my computer was using mouse pad input to move the mouse pointer without my knowledge. That upset me. Thinking it might be a defective numeric keypad, I contacted the seller. They were very patient and helpful but in the end they didn't know what was wrong and sent me a new one. When plugging in a new one didn't bring any results, I started looking for a solution when I finally found an old blog post about the problem and, oddly enough, with two number pads in hand, realized that the mouse buttons work was enabled on my computer , turned it off. and everything worked fine. So not only do I fully endorse the product, I also recommend the company that made it.
