I don't see much difference between these buns and the one that came with my FoodSaver. They appear to be the same thickness and seal just as well as the branded ones. I like having different widths to accommodate meats of different lengths and textures. Our nests are empty, so smaller rolls work well if you only need two types of meat, e.g. B. two pork/lamb chops or two beef fillets. They also hold a pound of ground beef or venison well - no more guessing how many packs to pull out of the freezer. Buying in bulk is a bargain - our butcher sells excellent thick-cut bacon in 3lb packs - the larger buns are ideal for splitting into smaller packs that fit two people.
