Review on 3-Pack Stress Balls For Hand Therapy, Squeeze Ball Grip Strength Exerciser By The Friendly Swede - Adults & Kids Relief From Anxiety And Stress by Ron Chang

Perfect Fit, Easy to Use

I was advised to use a Squishy Ball to help with arthritis pain and reduced grip strength in my hands. I am a 68 year old lady and I wear a size small glove. I did a lot of searching, discovered that hand exercise balls come in sizes and usually a set of three. After reading descriptions and finding out how to measure my hands to get the right size I found these egg shaped ones in a size XS, really nice colors and a very good price.Since I had never used this type of exercise tool for my hands, when I got them I received an email from the Friendly Swede asking how I like them. So I took the opportunity to describe how they fit my hand & I asked if I had gotten the right size. I got an answer then next day saying that they were ok as long as it felt comfortable when using.I am more than pleased; I can use them when watching TV or reading and I am hoping for stronger hands and less pain. Of course I would recommend them to anyone who needs to work on exercising hands for strength.
