When I've had the opportunity (need) to use this charger, I'll add to and/or revise these comments.So far, I've used this little unit to condition and charge three auto batteries and two marine batteries (all wet cells). It worked well on all but one which was completely discharged. To "fix" this one battery I hooked up a higher power charger for about an hour, then replaced that charger with the little one. That was enough to "wake up" the battery, so the little unit could start it's work. It did then work as it has on all the other batteries in my experience. So far, none of the batteries I've used it on show signs of sulfating on their plates.
