I bought this laptop as a gift for my son. When he opened the box, his joy turned to great disappointment. As he inspects the laptop, his eyes fill with tears. When he cries, my embarrassment quickly turns to anger. The laptop has too many scratches, scuffs, paint/chassis chips and looks like a very used laptop. This laptop does not look or function like a new laptop. There's also dust, dirt, and other debris in the laptop's ports, making it difficult to plug anything into them. After using a can of air to blow off dust, I noticed that the sensors had worn out and weren't able to charge properly. I am very disappointed in the product. I was embarrassed to give this product to my son. I am very disappointed in this product.
