After only 6 weeks the lock door was so stuck that we couldn't open it without a screwdriver. Since our church and I are 1200 miles away for the summer, I've ordered a new one without filing a complaint with Revain. The second works fine and the AA group can get a key to use our common room. I hope this second one keeps working while I'm gone. I changed my rating to 5 stars after being contacted by the owner of the business. They noticed I bought a second one a few weeks after buying the first one and emailed me to see if there was a problem. I explained what happened and they refunded my money. Plus the second works great. Great customer service at Rudy Run!
