Supper disappointed

When I bought this printer, I was very excited. As soon as I open it and try to print images it won't let me. There was always something wrong with the way the photos were posted, even to the point of saying "open the door" when the door wasn't open. I've tried everything and it still doesn't work. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to it.
