Always look for a different downlight for your next long term project. I like the smaller 5.5" reflectors as they don't get in your way like 8.5" or larger reflectors. The reflector bolts tightly to the plastic bracket, and with no wobble that makes you think it's going to fall off like the others I have. I learned how to use new LED bulbs in it; They consume much less energy, give much more light and work without overheating, which is important when working with plastic lamps. Another feature of LEDs is that they can withstand a hit and don't break, which happens all the time with these working headlights.
