Review on 🛠️ KOHLER 1133070 Bumper Maintenance Kit by Johnny Black

I have (4) black and (4) white bumpers. My picture below shows what I received for the Kohler K-1133070, but the packaging has different numbers. This service kit contains: (2) White with Molded Latch (2) Without Molded Latch (2) Black with Molded Latch (2) Black without Molded Latch. It's not documented anywhere and when it comes up it's confusing unless you know you're getting two different styles and two different colors and have to decide which one to use. Choosing a color is easy; style choice. . On two of my Kohler toilet seats (2015 and 2018) all of the seat bumpers have a stiffer material on the top half than the bottom half and a molded latch that snaps into place. The bottom half is made from a flexible, rubber-like material, while the top half is made from a more rigid plastic. Those without a molded latch are made from the same flexible material and do not snap into the saddle, instead having a friction fit. was able to replace a missing bumper on one of my seats with one of the white paint fixer versions and it fitted perfectly. For the test I installed another type, all softer, rubbery material, and they fit my seat as well, but not as far into your receiver, leaving more protrusion on the underside of the seat. . They can work, but they can also fall out. I reinstalled the original plastic top style with molded snaps and removed the rest.
