I like how they are able to provide us with the tools we need without having our IT department involved or taking too much time for them to get set up for us. We use their software primarily on mobile devices but it is quite stable and easy to navigate. They have helped my organization stay connected through these remote working experiences. It can be difficult sometimes managing multiple users at once in such an environment especially if no one is home during business hours. The software helps keep everyone informed as well as making sure that any issues with the network are addressed quickly so people aren't left out of important information while being away from their computer.
