As several other reviewers have pointed out, this is one of the easiest upgrades you can do to yourself on a 2020 Tacoma. I have a TRD Offroad and the night light connector is connected to a bracket just behind the tail light. All you have to do to install them is loosen 2 x 10mm hex head screws, pull on the light assembly to remove it from the tail, disconnect the cable from the clamp, take out the plastic cover on the base and the cable for the LED. Flashlight, connect it to the seat belts and attach the light box to the recess in the bed. After that, simply reattach the tail light and repeat on the other side. And there you have bedside lamps controlled by a bedside light switch! I honestly can't believe Toyota went so far as to have all the wiring here, but decided to try and get more money from consumers by offering this "feature" for a lot more than the cost of the offers parts. Seriously, anyone can install them unaided and it makes a HUGE difference. I would highly recommend this product, it came packaged in a box with the official Toyota tag and shipped quicker than expected. The parts say 'Made in Mexico', which makes sense since there's a Toyota factory there and it's definitely not China crap.
