We've used Red Guardian for over 4 years now, since it's inception with another vendor about 3 or so months back - nothing! I'm not seeing anything that we dislike at this time (other than having our own customizations) but if there was something outta place/off somehow then i'd like someone from your team reachout via email regarding what might be causing such issues. It does give us peace mind knowing everything gets scanned through before an even hits their servers which saves alot o resources when you are dealing wif millions upon million requests per day etc..
