Can I say I love this belt, I love the water bottle arrangement, no more bottles in my hands, keys, phones or other miscellaneous items in the holdall on my back. I'm round waisted, in my 40's and I like my running belts to be even lower and this one fits me. I can tell it has a little stretch and I can feel the band flexing a bit but nothing uncomfortable. If your waist is in your late 40's (46-49) I would tell you that this could be a really slim fit. When fully stretched I have about 50 inches when engaged, but stretching in this way can shorten the life of the belt's elasticity.
