I have been using them for many years. In most cases they work very well. They say they are for temporary repairs but I have used them for a simple puncture repair and they have lasted the life of the tire with no problems. Be sure to place them through an existing nail hole. Check carefully to make sure you don't make a new hole and they work fine.
