Does what it says in my review
It seems pretty good, I’ve used a lot of derma rollers and this one is definitely more powerful than my .5 and 1.0. Rollers, However 4 stars instead of 5 because the needles are too thick. I think if they were thinner it would penetrate the skin better.

- It’s ok, but it would most likely take many months or years to really see if this is working.
