Review on 💧 Kohler GP1018165-F Genuine Tank Gasket for Drylock Connection - 3 Inch, Black by Justino Pratama

We noticed the appearance of water between the cistern and the toilet when flushing (poor) and worried that we were facing a major disassembly and repair. Instead, this little $7 gasket does the job: 1. Close and remove the water supply line to the tank2. Loosen and remove the two nuts securing the cistern to the toilet seat3. Lift and remove tank (no further disassembly required)4. Remove the old tank seat gasket (no tools required)5. Thoroughly clean the tank bottom and seat flange (I used Clorox wipes)6. Put a new gasket on the bottom of the cistern, put the cistern back on the toilet and tighten the nuts7 again. Reconnect the water supply and check. It took 15 minutes (half the time is spent cleaning) and I've never done this before. GREAT!
