It looks stiffer in the pictures than it actually is. It's just a bag, but it does what it says on the tin. it kept all our clothes dry when we rode in the rain. This bag says you can only use it with side rails if you don't have crossbars, but when I did it caught the wind and pushed it all the way back and the "non-slip" mat crumpled and slipped off anyway. The later addition of crossbars helped with this. Installation seemed easy for the most part, with the exception of one piece using crossbars. While this requires you to be exceptionally tall, carry a stool, or be light so you can climb onto your machine and adjust the straps 11,962 times to ensure you have the right fit where it's snug enough not to budge , but not very much. firmly, it will break the plastic buckles at the first hit. I'm a little glad we bought it as we needed it for the last 2 days of our holiday but I probably would have spent a little more on a hard case if I had had more time to search but we were in a hurry and I just complete the order without going shopping. Not really bad, just not what I really wanted.
