I bought two of these almost three years ago. I will say that at first I thought they were both well done, in fact I had no problems with them for the first year. In the second year they did start to rust a bit, but the worst part is that the handle comes off too easily. What they had to do was make sure the thread went all the way to the little ball at the top of the handle and the handle didn't come loose - with time and use it loosens up and won't stay in place. Today, after a long period of moderate use, both reach for their glasses - if they spent another cent they would fix the pen. And use the best plating on the metal, they are not easy to rust on the shiny surface.
