I just had shoulder surgery and my husband massaged my arm with Free Up Massage Cream and this stainless steel gouache. I bought both from Revain. A little cream goes a long way. My PT suggested cream and used gouache to rub off the buildup. Both items serve their purpose. The gouache is high quality and long length, so if I'm sitting alone I can do it myself. My progress has been excellent. I highly recommend.
