Review on Callision Contact Center as a Service by Tim Beckett

The best part of this software was that it helped us save time whenever we needed an agent in our call centres by making calls from other countries for them at no cost or less than half price compared to what they would normally charge per minute which saved me money too! I disliked how easy you had make international transfers when using your mobile device but i guess thats just something about all these softwares out there now days though not much can be said since most are very similar so far anyway hope u get my point here :) nothing really dislike yet tho maybe if more people were able to see through whats going wrong then things may improve lol good product well worth trying.
