It was amazing and helped my hips after a hard workout. MMA and BJJ. I've always been a fan of Coach Zahabi, but I think he just put his name on this junk. Contacted the distributor and Tim Tam and made 0 effort. Just yeah, you paid $500 for nothing. I thought for $500 it would be a much longer lasting product but there are $100 discount ones used by a few guys at the gym that have lasted a lot longer. They are not proud of their product or quality, they are just extorting money. As with any other negative review, I see that one day it just stopped working. I think mine worked for about 5 months and then it just won't turn on. But the battery doesn't charge anything. Paperweight for $500. I don't know how to deal with this, but it looks like a scam. I don't know if Active Recovery Essentials was sent to me refurbished or fake. Pretty rough for fitness and in these crazy times. Just another group of scammers cashing in with capital. Buyer BEWARE.
