The best part of this software was that it helped us to automate our demo process by setting up predefined demos for all clients, which allowed me as an admin user not only save time but also reduce errors in future when I need them again! It's hard sometimes if you have too many users or accounts with different levels so can be improved upon regarding those things though we are still using its services now days!! Nothing much really except saving my precious hours every day from doing repetitive tasks like creating new account/demos etc.,.
