Customer service is excellent! My girlfriend got me one of these boxes for my watches last year and I loved it so much I decided to get one for her (because we're both watch nerds). So upon arrival the glass on the one I ordered came shattered. I requested a replacement as I really like their boxes over other's on revain and wanted to hope for a better second try. Not only was I sent a swift replacement but the company even contacted me to apologize and make sure the replacement came in quality condition. Not only the best watch boxes on revain but some of the best customer service I've experienced. I'm sure this won't be our last watch box from them as we're always getting new watches (insert facepalm here).
