This is ok, but a little different than I was expecting. It is not the taller type of shape that it looks like in the pics and the neck pillow does not stay upright on its own like it is shown in the pics. It just flops to the front or the back. It attaches to the main pillow with two buttons - one button at each end.It is shorter and wide, more-or-less like any typical support pillow. I was hoping for the taller shape like it looks in the pics.It feels like they used the minimal amount of stuffing, just enough so it doesn't set floppy or saggy. But once you lean against it or on it, it compresses a lot. It isn't as firm as other pillows of this type.The neck roll pillow felt lumpy and fairly empty. There was wads of the stuffing that needed stretched out and fluffed out a bit more. It was like they just put a few handfuls in there and left it as is. I messed with it and tried to get it fluffed out and get the stuffing to have a more consistent fill. It still feels like clumps in there and looks and feels like it needs a little more stuffing.The ends of the "arms" are packed a little tighter, but the overall body of it is really soft and tends to flatten.Looking at the price, I feel like it is a bit high for what it is and the overall quality. I just expected something a little nicer overall. It is not terrible. The stitching and construction aren't bad. It just needs a little more stuffing and needs to be more consistent throughout.It is smaller than most pillows of this type. While I can sit against it fairly comfortably for the most part, my 3yr old has been using it while on her tab and it really looks like it was made more for someone her size. She sets back in it so perfectly. She likes it more than I do, so she has claimed it as her own.I am feeling like it is 3-4 stars.
