Easy to set up/store/clean - highly recommend
I love everything about this dehydrator. Perfect drying of apple and pear slices takes 9 to 10 hours at 140F or 149F. My wife loves dried yams (pre-cooked), zucchini, and carrots. We don't cover the food with anything, we just cut and dehydrate. It is easy to clean and store. I am satisfied with this product, the delivery etc. I wish I had chosen a model with more than 5 trays. If you need a dehydrator then this is what you need.
