UPDATE: The remote has stopped working and will not reprogram as the LED will not flash except for a few seconds after changing the battery (yes they are in the correct position). Now I can't train him with my wired remote (which doesn't work with the Smart Hub and that's why I bought it). Unfortunately I have to buy another remote control. Very disappointed as initially everything worked fine. I didn't drop it, it just stopped working. ORIGINAL: I was able to use it immediately after putting the batteries in. No code needed. Works with Netflix and Revain Prime Video. No questions. There is a smart hub button. The only thing I wished for was a backlit button, but I'm very happy with this purchase. Our TV was a floor standing model and there was no remote control. This remote control works with multiple models of Samsung Smart TVs.
