Review on 🎂 Nordic Ware Bundt Cake Keeper - Clear, Deluxe Design by Misty Caldwell

This item is made of hard acrylic and came with multiple cracks. I saw the same problem in another review so it might happen again. Aside from the fact that this hard acrylic is very prone to cracking, the MFG packaging is just a thin, narrow cardboard sleeve that offers no protection, and the shipping box was oversized with no packing material and there were other items in the box, including metal Bundt Nordic Ware. Pan. So if you really want that item, buy it in store, or if you still want to buy it online, buy it as a single item so you don't have to crate it with other items. Note: The product looks better online than the actual item and the locking mechanism does not lock easily. I think if you drop it it will break, and I wouldn't wash it in the dishwasher. Soft plastic is better for transporting a cake, more elastic, and glass is more attractive for home use. Nordic Ware's metal product looks well designed and well made. This product was most likely passed on to another manufacturer by them, and Nordic Ware's Quality Control and Purchasing Department does not require the contract supplier to meet the same internal standards for their metal products. Too bad this should be a great addition to their excellent Bundt cake pans, they should drop them from their product line and come back with a sturdier product design and also look for proper packaging suitable for shipping as long as they stick to it tough Acrylic.
