Review on Phonic by Ryan Sandell

The ease of taking survey using my phone is great! I can do it anywhere without having any paper or pencils around. It's not always super reliable when you get stuck but that tends to be fixed by restarting your session (which isn't bad). Sometimes after answering questions they don;t save them for later so sometimes there are sections where all information has been given out already - which makes me feel like less important than other respondents who have yet to answer anything at this point in time. You also cannot see how long each respondent took before finishing their answers if its more then one day since submission date etc.. So make sure what type of responses we want from our customers/respondents as well because some people just won’t give us useful info unless asked very specific things such as "How often would someone buy diapers? How many hours per week does an average person spend shopping online?".
