My husband just installed this today. Most of the hardware it comes with is junk, so be prepared to make the journey to buy your own. I warned my husband that most of the other reviewers said so, but he was still shocked at how "inappropriate" the pieces were (no pun intended). And also, as other reviewers have said, don't trust the inline layer. It's very small and is at one end, so while it technically works, it doesn't give accurate readings (this requires positioning it in the middle, and preferably longer). However, you CAN use it, but the bubble must be off-center. Just use your own. lol Again, as other reviewers have said, it leans after being pulled out, even when pinned against a wall. I can live with it. And I'm one of those people who can't stand it when a picture hangs crooked on the wall. However, if you're going to leave it pulled out most of the time, you might want to tilt it up a bit (flush with the wall so it's level when you pull it out). And it's a little difficult to articulate (as other reviewers have said). But I really don't think it would be good if he moved too freely. I think we'll try oiling the hinges a bit and see what happens. All in all, the mount itself is excellent. My husband actually said "You're doing great" (because I picked and ordered it myself)! He must have been impressed to say that for the record. :)
