Review on Jensen JWM60A: Powerful AM/FM/DVD/CD/USB/AUX Bluetooth Wallmount Stereo with App Control and Multiple Format Playback by David Sokolov

We ordered this product and after carefully installing it in our caravan according to the manufacturer's instructions, the DVD player began to malfunction about halfway through each movie. We tried playing several different DVDs with different thicknesses, but it always started crashing at some point in the movie. I contacted Revain who put us in touch with the manufacturer. After requesting a return I was told that I could return it for a warranty replacement due to a defect instead. She informed me that our DVD player was being tested for errors and I explained that if it played movies without errors I would not be returning it. All we needed was a working DVD player and Jensen had a good reputation. Wow! Am I wrong? After sending it back at my expense, about a week and a half later I received a package with the exact same DEFECTIVE DVD PLAYER inside and a quick note stating that it was factory tested and not defective! However, it still crashes every time we try to watch about halfway through a movie! I'm not sure who checked what, but we have a DVD player that still won't play movies AND is over $200. What a waste! Instead of a gift for our kids and an upgrade for an older DVD player that didn't work, we have nothing to offer that should surprise the family. Do not purchase this product if you want a quality item backed by a reputable warranty department!
