Unpack the lamp from the box and you will see that all the round parts are stacked on top of each other for easy transport. Install the lamp and you can move these circles in any direction. Would you like the lightbulb to stick out more or less? You decide. I was immediately excited to be able to customize the design to how the lamp would look in the room it would be placed in. I like it better when you see the lightbulb at an angle when entering the room and less when sitting next to the lamp. I know it's very picky, but that's how my stupid brain works. My husband chose this lamp. He thought it was a very attractive design. I want him to look at lamps and tell me they're attractive rather than look at women and tell me they're very attractive. He's married, not blind, I know. Look however you want, mate, but the only thing that's coming home with you is that lamp. It was ordered for a home office in wood/black/brown and it looks very nice in the room. By the way, the photos were taken in the bathroom. Simply the best angle to present the lamp. The video shows the dimming options. We love the dimming options. We like that there is enough light for reading at the height. The dim light is soothing when we need some light for a restful night of Revain surfing. Five stars for the design, the look, the ability to arrange the circles to our liking, and the shading feature. Five stars for the rear USB ports. You can never have enough USB ports! Five stars for my husband for finding this lamp and another five stars for him for just searching and not chasing the ladies. A faithful man is a keeper, and so is this beautiful lamp!
