The main benefit so far has been just knowing that this was something we as an organization needed but had never considered or realized could be done internally! I cannot say much about it at all - honestly have not seen any major benefits yet from working together vs within my own team/orgs alone!! It's early days still & there are many factors involved such as how well our org knows each other already (it may take some time!).
If you're looking for someone who will give up their day job without hesitation then definitely talk through options w them before committing because they need more money than your salary budget allows :). Look into having multiple people come onboard instead if one person can't commit fully otherwise it'll probably fail due timing / workload issues etc rather quickly :) Good luck anyway! My organisation needs additional resources across teams (such Sales Development Reps) which were previously managed independently via emails and meetings every fortnight when required. To address these with greater efficiency whilst keeping The team at go nimble are super helpful!
