Revised 6/18/18: The first unit ran for about 30 minutes - the "30 seconds" it took to get it working . were evidence that it wasn't working quite right. I got another device and plugged it in and it worked most of the time, but kept shutting off abruptly for 10-30 seconds and then back on. I ordered the module from another supplier and now it works 100%. Original: Worked great on my 2006 Tahoe. This is the only part I could find that fit exactly, all the others I found I had to cut into the factory wiring harness and they had a different heatsink pattern - and cost a lot more money so I don't really get it but it does went straight away and works great. The initial turn on of the fan took about 30 seconds, I don't know if the computer was resynching or something, but after that initial wait it worked great. and also after restarting the truck. Very satisfied.
