Great Customer Service Software - Helps Keep People Productive

The ease of use, how well it works with our system etc I have no dislikes because everything has been great! It's easy enought everyone we've talked too understands what they are doing when using this product/service. We solved all issues related customer service calls as quickly or quicker than if had answered normally via email (sometimes even faster). This saves us from having people answer emails during work hours which helps keep productivity high in my department where most employees get very busy at times like now before Christmas season so there isn't much downtime between customers answering questions / requests ect..

Pros
  • How fast you can respond to phonecalls & e mails..and also that its completely automated once set up properly making for less time spent calling back clients who call into support asking their question again over something minor not an issue but sometimes frustrating especially after many days waiting without any response..then suddenly your client is already gone leaving behind more frustration then ever

  • Almost everything is ok
