Used 2 for bedside lamps. Pros: - Decent quality, delivered with no scratches - The design isn't clean but fits where you need clean, unobtrusive lines - The white coating inside the lampshade is nice - I like the woven cord coating but I'd prefer something neutral tone too black. Slight cons - the location of the switch on the cord is a little awkward for our over-the-bedside setup. We plugged them into smart sockets for Alexa control and it works great. If you look at the support arm (beam below) you will see that it looks a bit cheap. It's fine for my normally dark bedroom, but I probably wouldn't be happy if there's a lot of natural light where I could see bugs all the time. not enough. You really should use adult size anchors and screws and NOT what was supplied, especially if you live in an earthquake area and hang them near your sleeping area or some other place children can reach. If you're not sure which screws and anchors are right for you, the friendly folks at any hardware store can help you find the right ones.
