The reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 stars is that the first well pump arrived broken, the packaging was inadequate and did not cause any problems. with the product itself. Revain was very quick to send me a replacement pump and as soon as I received the new replacement pump I started the installation. Check out some YouTube videos, the process was actually quite simple. My well is about 100 feet deep and the pump itself brought water to my house with no problems. The pump appears to be of high quality and very robust. If the first part didn't come out broken I would have no reason not to consider it a 5 star item. Purchasing this pump from Revain saved me about $300 compared to my local store which was one of the main reasons for the purchase. I would say to anyone looking to replace the well pump that this is a good quality product at a very good price. [.]
