This product is new and improved but the packaging is unwieldy like an old container. I tried this flavor and it's not bad, but it's not the best either, it tastes like drinking cotton candy, which isn't necessarily refreshing when you're at the gym, but to each their own. I have to say that it is very smooth and not chalky. In terms of effects, I feel like it improves my productivity. The product is pretty damn close to perfect, I just wish they had more flavor variety and an old container. I preferred the old lemonade/blueberry flavor but it wasn't there this time so I bought a new fruit punch. I don't regret it, but I would like other options. I'm very supportive of this brand, definitely want to, but I don't know anyone who knows this brand and that's probably why they lack the variety of flavors.
