I love this product I'm all tangled. I don't think I'll ever be able to unravel it. There were no instructions and I can't ratchet. I've used it successfully a few times to take pictures. Keeps everything in place. The instructions would have helped me to wind up no more than 4 times. I screwed it up inside out and spent hours on it, and here I am.
