This monitor arm is easy to assemble and adjust. It holds my 24" Samsung monitor with no problem. It's not the hydraulics, which is both good and bad. In a good way, it doesn't tilt or sag unless it's properly calibrated - once you find your sweet spot found it stays in place, on the other hand you need to adjust the height more carefully (moving it from side to side is very easy, but you can tighten it if necessary).
