Review on Vacuum cleaner Thomas TWIN T1 Aquafilter, blue/white by Jnis Gailis ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The purchase did not bring joy, the product is bad.

Generally speaking, I was very pleased with the vacuum cleaner (despite the weight and slowness). Wash the floor, carpet, furniture - yes, no problem! After cleaning, however, you need to spend 10 minutes (no more) in the bathroom to rinse it, but you don’t have to mess around with a rag. Moreover, it is difficult to wash except that the hose and the sliding pipe. Perhaps this is a drawback of all washing vacuum cleaners, but you can normally clean only one room at a time, because. the brush and the bucket with dirty water get very clogged (it starts to worse) - you need to rinse it several times for cleaning. The result is another lottery with quality. If you're lucky - a great machine that will delight for more than one year, otherwise - hemorrhoids and constant riding on services. The latter, judging by the reviews and words of the repairman, is not so rare. I was unlucky, so the review came out negative, otherwise it would have been at least 4 stars.

Pros
  • It washes and vacuums perfectly - in fact, I don’t demand more from a vacuum cleaner. The price for such functionality is more than adequate (if everything worked "like clockwork").
Cons
  • The very first and most annoying is the cover: it is stupidly inconvenient to remove it! All the time you are afraid that you will break off the plastic axis at the base of the lid. And you have to remove it after each wet cleaning: wash it off from splashed dirty water from the tank and rinse the nozzles - this, by the way, is the second drawback, because. they cannot be cleaned humanly, and there is plenty of dirt clogged. But all this is really trifles compared to the main problem: he worked for a year and a half and the pump was covered - it simply stopped pumping the detergent composition. I took it to the service (there I unexpectedly met SIX more of the same T1 with the same problem) and waited more than 2 months for a new pump to be brought. Okay, I waited, replaced, brought / launched - 3 minutes of work, cotton and a puddle begins to grow on the floor . I took it to the service a second time, they said that the hoses burst, after a couple of weeks I took it, brought it / started it - 3 minutes of work, whistling and from the handle (from under the water supply lever) water flies in all directions. Total 6 months of riding on services and not a single normal vacuuming. Zadolbalo. Ped. Thankfully the warranty hasn't run out yet.
