This product is very powerful and very durable. Just 1-3 "drops" and not the whole dropper - don't make that mistake! I was on autopilot, thinking it was similar to other tinctures I've taken in the past that offer a full dropper in a cup of water or juice. So the first two days I drank a full dropper in a glass of water and by the end of the 2nd day I was very sick. I re-read the label and realized it was "drops" and not a full dropper. The drops are all you need to mix with at least 1 ounce. if not 4 ounces. Water for weaker dilution. When the water is slightly warm, it's easier to swallow, like a glass. I would wash it down with sweet juice since oregano has such a strong flavor. At such a low dosage, one bottle will last you a year even when taken daily, making it extremely affordable! I love it! Due to the idiotic use of a full dropper for the first 2 days, I experienced unpleasant detox effects of general lethargy and nausea for about 3 weeks, but I have to say that if I read the label correctly and took the dosage correctly. , it wouldn't be such a Herxheimer event. I've been taking this every day for about 4 months now (1-3 drops per ounce of water once a day for myself) and feel pretty darn good with a lot more energy than I have in a few years. My goal is to take this for a full year to completely rid my body of all viruses. I definitely recommend it.
