I had an old model of this massager. It was great and lasted for years. This one is amazing and a lot cheaper than the old model. *In the old model, the massage balls were on plastic springs to conform to your body. Not new, they're fixed. * The arms weren't adjustable on the old model, but that might not seem like a good thing. on this model, the adjustable straps are too long and keep coming loose.* on the older model, everything stayed in place. In the new model, the components move internally, causing the testicles to rub against the wrong fabric and tearing the skin on the lower back. I have to constantly loosen and adjust internal components!* The older model lasted me 4 years. The new one broke after only 6 months less use. If you want one of these, buy the old model. I can only assume that the incredible amount of positive reviews are all fake. Of course, some of them are real, but most of them are most likely fake.
