I love Fluke gauges and the gauges that were made in the USA back in the 80's were gems but crap shipped out of China (like this one) should never be Fluke branded unless you look at it the meter tilted away from you LCD. at 115 it is very blurry and at any angle above the display the readings are not visible. Add to that the stand, which doesn't tilt the meter back far enough for the display to be in full contrast (although I suppose if you're a fairly short person, that would be the ideal angle). Checking the forums, this seems to be a common [and constant] problem with Fluke gauges in this space, and while a simple contrast adjustment would have saved it, it's something Fluke simply ignores. practically useless. I have large, strong hands and find it very difficult to move the dial with just my thumb. Backlighting is also very poor, using a single white LED in the corner rather than dual side lighting with decent spread. Overall, the counter feels like $30 instead of $150.
