Nothing like the old mixture
In terms of taste, the new powders are nowhere near as good as the old mixture. I have found that this formula mixes better when shaken in a cup and has about 20 fewer calories per serving. Having downed a full two pounds I've kind of gotten used to the taste but not sure I would buy it again. A lot of people seem to enjoy it and I still recommend trying it out as they make good company. It's just not what I expected.
