It was just what I needed to make tea comfortable during long shifts at work. It's lightweight and good looking, and holds about a cup and a half of liquid. I brew tea twice so the amount suits my needs. I also don't think much about how long my teas take to steep. If someone is more picky about one of these, it might not work for them. I will note that while this is marketed as a "travel mug" this is more like a travel carafe. I don't think you want to drink straight out of this thing. It's also not dishwasher safe and has some bulky parts, so it might require a bit more maintenance than many would like. But for the price I think it's great. My tea stayed hot for a long time too.
