This little coat is so cute! It's water resistant but feels very soft on the outside, not hard or "plasticy" at all. The offset zip and button closure allows for a small pocket down the middle, and the lining is such a cute, soft design! Hood with zip and that adorable ruffle. It's all so functional yet very girly. It's the perfect size, roomy enough to wear over a shirt or sweater and sits just below the hip.
