I ordered 2 x 19.2v battery packs for Craftsman tools but was a bit hesitant to order because the price was so low which I really liked but still hesitated. ordered Thursday. and received on Sat. (that was a plus and 3 days earlier than planned)! Batteries work right out of the box! but i loaded it anyway. Aside from the fact that the batteries didn't bear the Craftsman name, they looked the same. Even with an out-of-the-box charger, my tools worked great and with plenty of power. I haven't used them in years because I wouldn't pay $80 for a Sears one. Got them for 2 for less than $40. Great price! Worked great and great. I hope they last a few years and then I'll order from Munikind again. I will tell everyone I know about this company. Hope you stay in business for a long time. Beverly P, Texas.
