I am a doctor and need a fax machine for prescriptions. I ordered this one and it never worked properly, not once. All the faxes came, but they were all half empty. I called Brother Technical Support and after a long wait they told me 3 times that the fax machine was fine and that the problem was with my phone line. I knew it was nonsense, but I finally got tired of running around, so I went and bought another fax machine. Low and lo and behold it worked, nothing wrong with the phone line or connection. Don't waste your time with Brother products! Oh brother, do they ever suck!
